Mr. Pan have been traveling and conducting business in the Asia Pacific rim consistently over the past 14 years, including P. R China, Taiwan, Japan, S. Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Indonesia , Vietnam and Thailand. I have built extensive business and social networks in these countries. Simply put, he has his own sourcing teams in Asia who work exclusively with him. His sources are fast and efficient. What does that mean for you? It means that you become the recipient of first-hand sourcing that is expedient, accurate, and cost saving.

His previous positions include being the Director of Import & Export for a medical manufacturing company, sourcing parts, materials, and manufacturing facilities in Asia. The he has been a consultant and business owner in the past 8 years, educating and training QC and QA vendors in Asia. His skills also include superlative negotiation abilities with vendors world-wide, with a specialty dealing with Asian vendors and businesses.

In his two China sourcing offices are staffed qualified Chinese business professionals representing different industries. He has innumerous business contacts and has built a proprietary database from which he draws upon for selective expertise in all areas of sourcing, manufacturing, and packaging/shipping. He also regularly attended many different industry trade shows wherein he is contacted by many suppliers to help American businesses build parts inventory, manufacturing, and product development in Asia.

Mr. Pan is a Chinese American and the president and the owner of trading operations in US and China. He has been operating two China sourcing offices, located in Shenzhen and Shanghai. His offices have focused on international supports for the past 8 years. These offices are staffed with qualified Chinese business professionals who communicate daily with Mr. Pan's business networks.

Mr. Pan has been traveling between the U.S and Asian Countries, including Taiwan, HK, China, Japan, S. Korea, Vietnam, Malaysia, and Singapore in the past 14 years. Mr. Pan's credentials include 6 sigma and extensive leadership preparing and teaching QC & QA seminars all over Asia Pacific Rim, and his work also includes extensive and certified translation services. These include business plan and projects that include hi-tech factory QA & QC procedures. Mr. Pan has utilized his multi-lingual and multi-culture skills for last two decades reflecting his capabilities in delivering successful intercultural business relationship.

Mr. Balthazor has earned a Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of WI - Madison and an MBA from the University of MI with emphasis in Finance and General Management. He has been a dynamic and inquisitive leader with over 15 years of experience in the project management, process improvement, finance, and organizational effectiveness space. He had demonstrated success in both leading teams and being an individual contributor within a team. His combination of expertise in program management, finance, operations, Six Sigma, Lean, analytical problem solving, and leadership skills make him extremely flexible, demonstrate how he quickly learns and contribute, and ensure he is an incredibly valuable asset in an uncommonly broad range of roles. Mr. Bathazor has been traveling to China and India conducting business. Mr. Balthzor has been learning Chinese and he has ability to do some speaking and basic writing. Currently, Mr. Balthzor is living in Beijing of China.

Mr. Nelson is an American and is leading a support team working in the US. He has a strong engineering background with years of quality control expertise and quality assurance experience. He has performed QC evaluations in the US and China, he has written and taught QC procedures in the US and China. His academic expertise and experiences in defining cross culture expectations has consistently provided successful outcomes in quality control factories in Asia.Mr. Pan, Mr. Bathazor and Mr. Nelson will work with owners and all employees of production factories and corporations to put in place actions, to secure quality standards and procedures in every necessary area and process of production.
